KEY DIFFERENTIATORS

Miller & Smith was retained to advise the land owner/equity partner on a revision of the project Master Plan for future sections as well as managing the land development of the initial 200 lot section.

Miller & Smith was tasked with revisioning and redesigning the entire community to work in today’s economy, and oversaw marketing, accounting and builder relations for the community.

Key accomplishments included: a complete design and approval of a lifestyle campus, approvals for continued phases of home development, and extensive progress on approval of a revised Master Plan.
