McLean, Virginia – Miller & Smith, an award-winning homebuilder and real estate development company, is pleased to announce the promotion of Tracy Lamb to Director of Sales Field Training and Operations. In this newly created position, Ms. Lamb’s primary responsibility will be to train and motivate the new home Sales Managers and Sales Assistants. She will report to the Vice President of Sales.
Ms. Lamb will also monitor the onsite appearance of all communities and models, review competitive market studies, manage the MRIS listings and participate in field construction meetings with the objective of achieving the company’s sales and settlement goals.
Ms. Lamb started with the company in 2006 and has consistently been one of the top performing Sales Managers. In 2011, the Washington area building industry recognized Ms. Lamb as the winner of “Sales Person of The Year” at the GALA Awards (Great American Living Awards). Prior to joining Miller and Smith, Lamb served as the Sales and Settlement Administrator for Ryan Homes, Metro Division.
